  • Calculate area based loads – MEP
  • Preliminary space planning for plant rooms – MEP
  • Preliminary routing of services from plant rooms to each block – MEP

  • Prepare Conceptual design basis report – MEP

  • The objective of this stage shall be to achieve tender level drawings
  • Convert schematic layouts into proper design layouts on the latest architectural package
  • Coordinate MEP layouts with structures and interiors
  • Attend co-ordination workshops along with other consultants and architects
  • Convert Single line drawings to double line for PHE/ ducting
  • Complete SLD for panels
  • External services layout co-ordination with landscape for trenches – MEP / earth pits/percolation wells/yard hydrants/irrigation requirements etc
  • Prepare internal MEP layouts for all BOH areas (based on inputs from facility planner – kitchen consultant) and other interior areas if details are available from respective consultants
  • Work out typical detail drawings for plant room equipment installations
  • Work out typical sections for MEP / interiors and structure coordination
  • Proceed for tender stage

  • Convert DD stage drawings to tender level drawings
  • Prepare tender comprising – Bills of quantity / technical specification and commercial conditions if required by the client
  • Submission of the tender document along with drawings to client/architect for necessary approval along with prequalification document (or vendor list) as per the tendering strategy of the client
  • Invite contractors for tendering
  • Technical and Commercial Scrutiny of the Tenders & Comparatives
  • Assist / Advice Client for finalizing the agencies
  • Assist client teams to compile post tender documentation – work orders
  • Evaluate schedule submitted by the contractor with PMC

  • Assist contractor for preparing shop drawings – along with co-ordination of all services
  • Review and Approval of shop drawings from the various contractors along with PMC / client
  • Response for RFI raised by PMC / contractor
  • Approvals for technical/material submission from contractor
  • Periodical Site Visits during execution to inspect the workmanship, finishes, material, standards, carry out quality checks, Suggest modifications to suit local conditions, suggest improvements and use of alternative materials based on local conditions
  • Get approvals from the owner for Extra Items and their rates if required
  • Assist in getting necessary services connection from local supply boards. The physical liaison shall not be our scope
  • Review of work progress including attending Review meetings

  • Witnessing for Final Testing and Commissioning of all the installed systems.
  • Ensure rectifications as per snag list from users and validate handover documents.
  • Checking and Approval of as Built Drawings made by the Contractors.
  • To arrange Training Programs for Operation and Maintenance of installed systems to the Client's Engineers / Staff members.
